With a corporate career spanning 17 years in brands like Reliance Communications, Bharti Airtel and HFCL, Vivek has been a proactive leader with a flair for charting out new paths. He excels in conceptualizing marketing strategies, implementing seamless execution, running operations and is adept at enhancing business volumes. He leads the Human Resources, Brand Marketing, Channel Development functions at OL Tech, apart from core Business Development.

Co-Founder & DirectorTasleem is a thoughtful leader who excels in “Possibility Thinking”. His mantra is “Explore possibilities to unlock opportunities.” He is a dual postgraduate with a dichotomous subject expertise. Armed with a master’s degree in Life Sciences and an MBA in Marketing, he is the brain behind OL Tech’s medico-IT convergence solutions.
With a professional career traversing 16 years, across prestigious organizations like Tata Teleservices, Reliance Communications, Spectranet, Bharti Airtel and HCL Technologies, Khan has straddled leadership roles in Sales & Business Development, Team management, Corporate Sales domains. He is a strong believer that start-ups will be the core drivers of Technology innovation, and job creation in the Digital era.
He leads the charge at OL Tech, managing the Deployment & Service roll outs for Telco & IT clients. He wears the fiscal management hat in the company and is also focused on strong execution of IT Infrastructure & turnkey projects. He has the expertise and practical experience in managing Enterprise accounts and is responsible for service delivery. Tactful & articulate in driving the company vision and overcoming complex business challenges, he enjoys taking high-stake game-changing decisions. Adept & proficient in identifying business opportunities, he is credited for identifying emerging trends & addressing industry requirements thereby achieving organizational objectives with profitability.
